At Sunset Cabana Rentals, we are committed to providing a smooth, relaxing, and unforgettable beach experience. Please take a moment to review the policies below before booking.

📅 Reservations

• Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance.

• Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• Need more space? You can rent additional lounge chairs, umbrellas, or tables separately.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

• All reservations are non-refundable.

• In the case of an extreme emergency, please give us a call — we’ll do our best to assist.

• Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The  affected Resort is officially closed, or

  • A hurricane warning prevents us from safely setting up cabanas.

• Please note: We do not issue refunds for rain or general weather conditions.

⏰ Beach Setup & Hours

• Cabanas are typically set up by 9:00 AM and must be vacated by 5:00 PM.

• Setup times may vary slightly due to beach or weather conditions.

⚠️ Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety while enjoying the beach.

• We are not liable for lost or unattended items.

• Any damaged equipment due to misuse may incur an additional charge.

🐢 Beach Rules

• All guests must follow  Resorts policies and local beach regulations, including those related to wildlife protection (e.g., turtle nesting season).

• We reserve the right to refuse service if safety or beach rules are violated.
